May I thank you for the excellent service you provided last week at my fathers funeral. Your staff remained in the background but ensured that the funeral ran smoothly and efficiently , but were on hand to help when we needed assistance. Your staff placed flowers on my Mothers grave the next day - we intended to do this directly after the funeral, but the heavy rain made it difficult. We were emailed photographs of the flowers on the grave the same day. Thank you so much for a professional and caring service.
